Sleep Right was started in Australia because we couldn't find a pillow that worked for every sleeping position in one product. Most nights you shift. Your pillow shouldn't force you to pick a side.
Why adjustable
Every body is different. The standard "firm / medium / soft" labels on most pillows ignore that side sleepers need more loft than back sleepers, that stomach sleepers need less than either, and that most people change positions through the night. We built a pillow with four removable memory foam inserts so you tune the loft to how you actually sleep. Pull one out, put it back. Your call.
Why three zones
The edges of a pillow need to hold your head when you roll. The centre needs to cushion without collapsing. Most pillows do one or the other. Ours does both, with firmer-density foam at the perimeter and a softer density through the middle, so your spine stays neutral whether you’re rolling on your side or lying flat on your back.

Designed in Australia. Materials selected for long-term shape retention and breathability: 300-thread-count cotton sateen cover, gel-infused memory foam, high-elasticity support layer. We don’t overpromise what a pillow can do — it’s not a therapeutic device, and we’re careful about the language we use. What we will say is that the people who sleep on it tend to recommend it.
