These terms apply when you buy something from Sleep Right (ABN 84 141 511 501) at sleepright.au. They don't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Last updated April 2026.

Prices
- All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
- Shipping costs (where applicable) are shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Orders
When you place an order, it’s an offer to buy the product at the stated price. We confirm the contract when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline the order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged at the time of order.

Returns, trials & warranty
Our 30-night trial on the pillow, 14-day return window on accessories, and 1-year manufacturer warranty on the pillow are all described on the Shipping & Returns page.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Product descriptions
We aim for accurate product descriptions and imagery. Sleep Right products are premium comfort products, not therapeutic or medical devices, and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have specific medical concerns, please consult your doctor.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. This clause does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
