Shipping

We ship Monday to Friday from Sydney, Australia. Orders placed before 2pm AEST typically ship the same business day.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $155 AUD.
• Flat-rate standard shipping under the threshold: $10 AUD (2–8 business days).
• Express shipping available at checkout: $15 AUD (1–4 business days).
• All shipments include tracking, emailed when your order leaves our facility.

We currently ship only within Australia. International shipping is not yet available.

30-night trial on the pillow

Sleep on the Sleep Right Adjustable Pillow for up to 30nights in your own bed. If it’s not the best pillow you’ve slept on, email us and we’ll arrange a return for a full refund.

• Trial applies to the pillow only, not accessories.
• One trial return per household.
• The pillow can be used during the trial period.
• We cover return shipping within Australia.

Returns on accessories

Pillow cases and eye masks can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in the original packaging.

• Used accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the customer’s cost.

Warranty

Every Sleep Right Adjustable Pillow comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your pillow develops a fault, contact us with a description and photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
